Pulmonary endometriosis is a rare disease. We report a 18-year-old woman with a history of catamenial hemoptysis. Diagnosis was obtained by CT scan and fiberoptic bronchoscopy. The patient underwent wedge resection of the right lower lobe using video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery under observation of pulmonary endometriosis with fiberoptic bronchoscopy. The patient has been asymptomatic with no recurrence of hemoptysis since the operation.
