Brugada syndrome is characterized by ST-segment elevation in right precordial leads (V1 to V3) unrelated to ischemia, electrolyte disturbances, or obvious structural heart disease and high risk of sudden cardiac death caused by ventricular fibrillation. We present the anesthetic management of a patient with Brugada syndrome.
